DESCRIPTION:Location for train stop:  Northside of railroad tracks on Averbeck Street\, near the Curling Club area.  \n\nThe Holiday Train stops in Portage to raise cash and awareness for hunger relief efforts and includes a musical show.   The train is decked out in thousands of lights\, with wonderful colors.  A boxcar contains a stage with live entertainers who ride along on the train that put on an outdoor music concert for all of you.\n\n\n\nYou are asked to bring non-perishable food items or cash donations for the pantry.  All proceeds and donations collected at the stop will go to the local food pantries in Portage which benefit our area residents.
