This year&rsquo\;s \;Run/Walk includes:

\n\n

- Face Painting and Glitter Tattoos
\n- Inflatable Obstacle Course
\n- Dynamic Warm-up led by DSH Rehab Team \; \; \;(starts at 8:00 a.m.)
\n- Post-race Stretching led by DSH Rehab Team
\n- \;T-shirt
\n- \;Event Medal
\n- \;Refreshments

\nRun/Walk Details:
\nRUN: 10K\, 5K or 1 mile
\nRunners will start and stop near Tivoli\, our residential facility at 2805 Hunters \;Trail in Portage\, and follow a course that includes Hamilton Street\, East Albert \;Street and Agency House Road. The 10K course will take runners out along the \;canal to the historic Indian Agency House and back.

\n\n

WALK: 1 mile and 5K walk for adults and children of all ages!
\n*Walkers not timed.
