Luncheon Information\nJoin us for this month&rsquo\;s Chamber Luncheon\, as we welcome Portage High School Principal Jennifer Garrigan and Building Trades Instructor Josh Krueger from the Portage Community School District.
\nThey will be sharing exciting updates on the launch of the new ACE Academy (Architecture\, Construction\, Engineering\, and Manufacturing) at Portage High School\, made possible through a Wisconsin Fast Forward Grant.
\nThe ACE Academy will:\n
\n - Expand career and technical education opportunities.
\n - Provide students with hands-on experience in high-demand fields such as construction and engineering.
\n - Feature state-of-the-art facilities including trades labs\, CAD workstations\, CNC routers\, VR tools\, Smart technology integration\, project spaces\, and more.
\n - Partner with local industries to create career pathways and real-world learning experiences.

\nThe School District has set a fundraising goal of $3.1 million to support this program. As of July 2025\, $800\,000 has already been raised.
