DESCRIPTION:Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin (SCWI) is launching its 2019 Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program\, with a new service called Valet VITA. Valet VITA is a drop-off service that allows taxpayers to schedule a time to drop off tax documents\, and a time to pick them up after completion.\n\n\n\nThe newly expanded service will offer appointments at Goodwill Portage\, 2902 American Legion Drive\, Portage\, on these dates from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.:   February 2nd and 23rd   March 9th\n\n\n\nAdditional services are available at multiple locations in Madison\, Fitchburg\, Jefferson\, and Richland Center.\n\n\n\nA complete schedule is available at: https://goodwillscwi.org/services/vita/ VITA Program Coordinator Joe Byrnes says VITA volunteers are prepared to handle the many changes made in 2018\, including the increased Standard Deduction and Child Tax Credit.
