Please nominate a business or person(s) you feel deserves some recognition for their dedication to the Portage Community. From all the applications submitted, a finalist in each category will be selected and awards given out.

Drawing will be held during annual dinner event at 7pm. Tickets available at the Portage Chamber, 104 W. Cook St.
