Question-Based Planning - headed in the right direction
Question-Based Planning™ gives your organization focus fast. It's a plain-English alternative to traditional "strategic" planning. It yields a one-page plan that helps you keep everyone headed in the same direction, letting everyone see how they fit in; our experts know what to ask.
Good questions clarify purpose and direction so managers can move forward together toward a common goal. Our approach to business planning lets managers define and track the year's top tasks.
For over 15 years, 3GoodQuestions has helped CEOs make big decisions successfully. Our unique approach responds to what every CEO says, "We don't want the planner to lecture us; we want them to ask us good questions". We ask questions from the perspective of all departments including: Marketing, Sales, Operations, IT, HR and Finance.
