Hey, Kids, kindergarten through 6th grade, The Portage Center for the Arts needs your help! Color a winter scene picture and enter it in our Coloring Contest. All entries mest be returned to the PCA office by Thursday December 1, 2011. Entries will not be returned. Winner will bne chosed by our Visual Arts Committee and will be used by the PCA as a postcard. One entry per person please. $25 prize!!
