Detoxify your body presentation at Library

Ever wondered what the benefits of DETOXIFYING your body are?  Dr. Rachel Selzner, of Blau Chiropractic, will be at the Portage Public Library on March 12th at 5:30pm to teach you the WHY and HOW to detoxify your body - with benefits like improving energy, weight loss, mental clarity- at this fun, educational event.  Class will also feature recipe samples.  Adults welcome.  Reservations are required, please call 742 4959 or email programs@portagelibrary.us
