Pauquette Park served as the site of the fireworks for the previous ten years, but with the COVID-19 pandemic and the subsequent City of Portage Emergency Order limiting gatherings in public parks, a change of venue from the park is needed.
The Chamber has worked with City of Portage officials to find an alternate site located off Gunderson Drive to launch the display. The event will be different this year as we encourage you to enjoy great viewing areas from your vehicle. These can include the parking lot areas of Festival Foods and the neighboring businesses and side streets.
To help you find the optimal viewing area, the fireworks company will be launching one firework every 15 minutes starting at 8:45pm to help you find that spot. The show will begin at 9:30pm.
We also want to remind everyone to maintain social distancing and be respectful of their neighbors as they enjoy a night of fireworks.

Festival Foods Fireworks Celebration
The Portage Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce that our community will be able to enjoy a fireworks display in Portage this summer. The Festival Foods Fireworks Celebration will be held at 9:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 27 at a new location on the city’s north side.
