The First Garlic Festival will be held at Copper Penny Garlic Farm in Caledonia Township. Your hosts, Jennifer Blau and Rick Struzynski, will have 20 varieties of organically grown garlic for sale at their farm, with samples of goods made with their garlic, including garlic ice cream, garlic chocolate, and organic bug spray.
Guests to the Festival will also get a chance to enjoy other foods with origins right in Caledonia Township - Shiitake mushrooms, farm fresh eggs, goat cheeses, maple syrup, and more.
