Participating businesses for downtown Trick or Treating include: Forever Yours Jewelry, Prairie Flower Beads, Wilz Drug, DW Sports, Portage Theatre, Service Drug, Marry Me Bridal, Frontier Communications (at Chamber office), Mr. K's Card Shop and The Phoenix.
Come to Rusch Elementary for a Costume Party Dance complete with a DJ. Take a Haunted Wagon Ride from 4:30pm-7pm through the Residential Historical District for a small fee. Narrators will dare to speak of Portage’s ghostly legends while you are riding. Some of the ghosts from the tales may even make an appearance! Images

Participating downtown businesses will be handing out candy to trick or treaters during the hours of 2pm-4pm.
Stay for some food, hot chocolate and popcorn! Walgreens will be on hand to take photos!
