Health Benefits & Wellness Fair

Columbia Corrections Institution is planning a Health Benefits & Wellness Fair on Tuesday, October 07, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m and would like to invite you to attend. As a community Vendor we would encourage you to come and promote your business to CCI’ s 350 employees, and Community Corrections of Sauk and Columbia County.  If you are unable to attend but would like to send promotional items and/or a door prize item for us to give away to our employees you may do so by sending those items to the address listed below. 
 
Vendors may check in starting at 9:00 a.m. and should allow adequate time for check-in, to be set-up by 10:00 a.m. Entry is via the main administration building entrance. 
 
 

• All Vendors must clear the metal detector. Clothing with metal hardware and underwire garments will not pass through the metal detector.
• Please avoid wearing or plan to remove jewelry.  Casual Business Dress is encouraged.
• You must have a current, valid driver’s license.
• No items that potentially could be used as weapons of any type are allowed.
• Only essential prescription medications are allowed.
• No metal or glass containers, personal pagers, cell phones or any electronic devices are allowed in the institution.
• Any non-clothing item or box must measure 23”W x 16”H at the most to pass thru the X-ray machine. If you would like to ship your demonstration materials in advance of your arrival, please contact me to make arrangements. 
• Laptops will be allowed with prior authorization only.  There is no Wi-Fi or internet connection for you to access.
• You may park in either the upper or lower lot wherever there is space available.
