Kids' Drawing Contest
Kids’ Drawing Contest - PCA needs your help! Draw or color a holiday or winter scene and enter it in our Drawing Contest. All entries must be returned to PCA by Friday, December 5, 2014. Entries will not be returned. Winner will be chosen by our Visual Arts Committee and will be used by PCA as a post card. $25 prize!!!
