Open House at Portage CrossFit

Join us for an open house and introductory workout Saturday, Sept. 22 from 9-11 a.m. It’s already our FOURTH ANNUAL event!

All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to join us for a WOD (Workout of the Day), promptly beginning at 10 a.m. CrossFit workouts are infinitely scalable and can be modified to safely challenge any age and ability. Don't be shy. You've got this!
