Pasture-to-Plate Dinner

This four-course family style dinner is a fund-raising event to benefit the Columbia County Local Foods Collaborative. Din-ner will be prepared by a local chef with many Wisconsin-sourced ingredients, some harvested only feet from the dining table. The Pasture-to-Plate event will fea-ture appetizers, salad, entree, and des-sert. Discover the roots of the freshest ingredients, grown and raised sustainably and organically.  

Evening’s Itinerary:
4:30 pm Wagon Tour will feature conserva-tion efforts, soil-saving grazing operation for their Highland beef cattle, restoration of a prairie and a wetland, and a 50-kilowatt wind turbine
5:30 Appetizers
6:00 Dinner
8:00 Conclusion of Evening
