Photos in the Foyer for March

Submission Deadline — February 29.  The March theme is “Happy Feet”.  Entries are due February 29^th  and the exhibit and voting open March 2^nd through April 4^th.  No entry fee – open to all ages.  Photos may be black & white or color.  One entry per person per month.  All entries must be submitted in a mat (no larger than 11 x 14”.  Winner determined by popular vote.  Anyone can vote:  $1/vote.  Winner gets 50% of vote income.  Photos may be picked up at the end of each exhibit.
