Saturday, June 23 at Saddle Ridge Golf Course.
100% of the proceeds will go directly to the Pink Ribbon Angels. 

The purpose of the Pink Ribbon Angels is to form a common desire to make a difference in the fight against breast cancer in Columbia County. Major financial support from businesses, clubs, private individuals and this major fundraising event have helped make their common desire a reality.
 
REGISTRATION FORM

This golf outing is the Pink Ribbon Angel’s largest fundraiser.  With your help, last year we raised $17,264 with 198 golfers participating.  We know we can do better this year!  Our 2018 goal is to raise $21,000.  It is imperative that we have 216 golfers pre-registered/paid no later than June 1st 2018.

OPTION 2:    PRIZE DONATION
 Donate a prize(s) in you or your business name.  Your name will appear on the 
 event sponsorship banner and in the Portage Daily Register.
 
OPTION 3:    GOLF
 Sign up for the golf outing. Cost for golf is $40.00 per person for 9 holes of golf with
 a cart and lunch. This is a 4-person Scramble with 3 shotgun flights starting at 9
 a.m., 12 p.m. and 3 p.m.  There will be an all-day silent auction and raffles.
