Portage Rotary Day at the Races

 JOIN THE JOIN THE PORTAGE ROTARY FOR A DAY AT THE RACES!

FRIDAY, MAY 17, 2013

We will depart from Portage, WI (park behind Staples) at 11:30am.  Enjoy a Bloody Mary or a Mimosa on the way– you aren’t driving!  PLACE YOUR BETS– we are going to have horse racing- ON THE BUS!!

When we arrive we will find our box seats– which provide the best outdoor seating available and have commanding views of the track, all under the shelter of Arlington Park’s world-famous cantilevered roof.  This location is a great place to socialize while you play the ponies.

After our fun-filled day at the track we return to Portage about 9:30pm
 

You will have your choice for lunch- (served 2:30pm-4:30pm)

North Carolina Pulled Pork -Slow-smoked pulled pork tossed with North Carolina sauce

Smoked Turkey -With cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and sweet mustard sauce
