MOPS stands for Mothers of preschoolers. We exist to help support mothers with children ages birth to six years old. We have close to 50 moms with children that participate in the group. Participation includes two meetings per month one of which has childcare provided. Each meeting offers snacks, speakers and small group time. We do offer scholarships so that no mom will be denied access to the group.

Saturday May 15th, 2010 5:00 - 8:00 PM Grace Bible Church 2939 Cty Hwy CX, Portage Pre-Sale tickets will be available from April 1st until May 7th. Cost is $5 for ages 13 and up, $2 for ages 6-12 and Free for those 5 and under. Tickets will be available to purchase at Grace Bible Church (608-742-5090). You may also purchase tickets from Christy Pacheco (608-745-0502) or from Jessica Huebner (608-742-4493). You may make checks payable to Grace Bible Church. If paying by cash please have exact amount as there will be no change available at any location.

On May 15th, 2010 the Portage MOPS will be holding a spaghetti feed & silent auction at Grace Bible Church (our host church) to raise funds for the group. This will help keep the cost of participation low for the moms as well as allow us to continue offering scholarships. The auction will offer many handmade items from the community as well as business donated items such as a golf bag and passes to the Portage Golf and County Club.Date and Time
