Wisconsin International Poultry Show

The Wisconsin International Poultry Club was a reorganization of the Wisconsin Poultry Association, which dates back to circa 1900. The reorganization occurred over 20 years ago and ever since the club has since been hosting shows.

 

Saturday

7:00 a.m. Coop-In. Showroom is open to accept entries until 9:00 a.m.

8:00 a.m. Youth Poster Contest entries accepted until 9:00 a.m.

9:00 a.m. Youth Poultry Showmanship sign-ups accepted until 10:00 a.m.

9:00 a.m. All Junior and Open Show entries must be in their cages.

9:00 a.m. Junior Show Judging Begins. All five judges will begin with the Junior Show.

Class Champions will be selected and placed on Junior Champion Row.

9:00 a.m. Wisconsin Junior Poultry Association meeting. All are invited to attend.

10:00 a.m. Youth Poultry Showmanship begins (face-to-face judging).

11:00 a.m. Youth Poster Contest begins (face-to-face judging).

11:00 a.m. (approx.) Open Show judging begins as each judge finishes with their Junior Show class.

11:30 a.m. (approx.) All Judges will confer to select Junior Show Champion.

12:00 p.m. (approx.) Judges Lunch. Junior exhibitors may talk to judges at this time.

2:30 p.m. 4H Avian Quiz Bowl.

4:00 p.m. Junior Awards Presented.

4:00 p.m. (approx.) Show Champions will be selected by Judges.

Junior Show Champions will be considered for Show Champions.

6:00 p.m. Showroom closes and buildings locked for the night.

Sunday

6:30 a.m. Showroom and Swap Opens.

9:00 a.m. Raffle and auction.

10:00 a.m. (approx.) Show Champions Announced.

11:00 a.m. (approx.) Birds released immediately following announcements
