Portage Center for the Arts is again proud to participate this year in WRAP. Wisconsin Regional Art Program is a juried art exhibit featuring talented artists from around Wisconsin. Winning art goes on to participate in the state exhibit and is eligible for thousands of dollars in prizes! Wisconsin Regional Art Program (WRAP) encourages non-professional, student, and emerging artists to create and exhibit their work across the state of Wisconsin.
