September's theme is "Down by the Water." Entries are due the first of each month. One entry per person per month. (you are allowed one photo and one poem) Black & white or color, all hard copy entries must be submitted in a mat no larger than 8.5 x 11 (no frame); entries may be emailed. Include contact information on the back of your entry, along with a title of the piece. All ages, including students, welcome. Winner(s) determined by popular vote each month, entrants’ and voters’ names are put in a hat for a drawing for 1 free ticket to a PAS concert. it’s free to vote...anyone can vote vote anytime during a given month. Office hours are Wed-Fri 1-6pm and Sat 10am-3pm.
