Bring your business cards\, brochures\, or anything you wish to share with other members.\n\n\n\nLuncheon Information\n\nPresenter:  Darryl Teske of Columbia County CASA - Court Appointed Special Advocates.\n\n\n\nCourt Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) is a non-profit organization that provides a voice for abused and neglected children under the legal protection of the court system.\n\n\n\nAdvocates are court appointed volunteers who are appointed by a judge to promote the best interestes of a child.  The volunteer provides a judge with the relevant information about the child to help the court make a sound decision about the child's future.   These volunteers offer children trust and consistency during the complex legal proceedings. \n\n\n\nCASA is funded at the local level through charitable foundations\, businesses\, civic organizations\, private contributions and others. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhere: B & B Hitching Post\n\nTime:  Lunch at 11:30AM\, Presentation at Noon\n\nCost:  Pay for your lunch at the restaurant\n\nDate: Tuesday\, February 6
