Bussan and Nicole Marklein Bacher are partners in the Baraboo\, Wisconsin law firm of Cross\, Jenks\, Mercer and Maffei.  Attorneys Bussan and Bacher practice extensively in the areas of employment law and civil litigation. \n\n\n\nIn their employment law practice\, they assist businesses and local governments in navigating employment laws in all areas including family and medical leave\, discrimination and termination decisions\, and also defense of discrimination and wage claims. \n\n\n\nThey also represent employees in wrongful termination and discrimination cases.  Both received their law degrees from the University of Wisconsin Law School.  Attorney Bussan joined the firm in 2000 and Attorney Bacher joined in 2008.
