Watch experienced makers demonstrate their skills. \n\nHave conversations with artists and be inspired with their maker stories and spaces \n\nPortage - Baraboo - Prairie du Sac - Lodi\n\n\n\nPORTAGE STOPS\n\nHistoric Indian Agency House\n\n1490 Agency House Road\n\n10 am - 2pm\n\nOn March 21-23\, from 10-2pm each day\, the Historic Indian Agency House will be a stop on the Threaded Streams Fiber Art Trail.  At the HIAH\, we will feature a Heritage Fiber Arts Faire - watch artists demo many heritage crafts\, like basket making\, needle felting\, naalbinding\, knitting\, 100 ways to  use a felted wool sweater (more or less) and more.\n\n\n\nWhile here sample our homemade Irish Creme and sweet treats fundraiser. Our gift shop will be open and will feature fiber related\, handcrafted treasures for sale\, made by our vendors. We would love a free will donation of $5 to visit the Faire\, and if you bring a non-perishable food item for the local food pantry\, you will be entered into a fiber-filled surprise drawing.\n\n \n\nOn Saturday March 23\, we will have a Pine Needle Basket Weaving Workshop. Space is limited to 6 students\, cost is $55\, and all materials and instruction will be included to create your special basket.
