Caregiver Support Group

Riverwood Senior Living and SSM Health at Home Hospice warmly invites you to our Caregiver Support Group.  Led by SSM's spiritual and grief counselor, Michael Amberg, this group provides a place for families and friends to come together to share resources and ask questions, as well as receive comfort and understanding from one another while caring for their aging loved ones.   You are not alone - we can walk through this journey together.
