Charters of Freedom Dedication

Come be part of the Portage Dedication as the Charters of Freedom are revealed to the community at Riverside Park. 

These permanent, life-size replicas of our nation’s founding documents will include - the Declaration of Independence, four pages of the United States Constitution, and the Bill of Rights, as displayed in The National Archives, in Washington, D.C., along with an additional display of the Civil Rights Amendments.
