She will sell signed copies of her books after the presentation.
About the Book
Jolene Brackey's Creating Moments of Joy is an insightful journey into the heart of someone affected by Alzheimer's or dementia. Brackey, an advocate for Alzheimer's and dementia, draws not only on her various experiences but also interviews other caregivers, spouses, family members and friends, to bring together a wonderful book about how to help a person affected by Alzheimer's disease live their best life. Brackey also discusses ways of overcoming the fear of the disease and about how we can change our mindset to help build stronger relationships with those diagnosed with dementia or Alzheimer's.
