Connections to the Land

Christopher Sweet is a contemporary Native American artist, born and raised in Wisconsin. Sweet is an enrolled member of the Ho-Chunk Nation and is also White Earth Ojibwe through his father. Christopher has been a recipient of awards in juried art shows along with having his art featured in printed materials, corporate spaces, schools, and medical facilities and procured for private collections. Christopher’s works have been exhibited throughout Wisconsin and the Midwest, including the Pablo Center at the Confluence in Eau Claire, the Overture Center for the Arts in Madison, and the All My Relations Gallery in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
