Groundbreaking at Holtz Workforce Housing Development

Project Overview:
A residential development providing housing options to employees working at Portage businesses, primarily but not exclusively manufacturing.  Phase I will include one dormitory style 3-story multi-family building with 81 units. Each unit can accommodate two residents. Each dormitory building will have a laundry facility, a community space, and an administrative office. Each dorm floor has community kitchen space.

Future phases of the project will include one more dormitory building and five traditional apartment buildings. The traditional apartment buildings will have 16 units each, with a maximum of two residents per unit.
