Divine Savior Healthcare’s annual Heart Care Program will be held August 3 & 4 from 6:30 – 10:00 a.m. in Suite 100 at Divine Savior Healthcare, 2817 New Pinery Rd, Portage. Screening includes blood pressure, HDL, LDL, total cholesterol, glucose, and triglycerides. The cost is only $15. An appointment is required.
