Monk's at the Wilderness Lunch and Learn

Join us at Monk’s at the Wilderness for a lunch and learn Wednesday, 12/14.  This meeting is great for supervisors and managers.  Mike Baldwin of Madison College will be teaching us how a supervisor moves through four primary styles of leadership, aligning his/her approach based upon the subject matter at hand and the development level (maturity) of the individual being led.  While each of us as leaders gravitate to a ‘primary’ style, we can realize greater effectiveness in outcomes as we apply different methodologies to effectively manage diverse employee needs.
