Family Program Case manager & Support Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Human Services, Social Work, or a related field required.
• Preference for those credentialed to provide CCS and with experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental health, or substance use disorders.
• At least one year of related experience is preferred.
• Thorough understanding of facilitation and conflict resolution techniques.
• Strong interpersonal, professional, and organizational skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and an insured, reliable personal vehicle.
• Must pass an annual background and driver check.
